Expert advice on all areas of Criminal Law

  Who we are

The EDS team at Eastleys solicitors offer expertise in all areas of Criminal Law. We have achieved Category 1 in our criminal departments, namely the departments based in Plymouth and Paignton. Category 1 is the highest level of quality assessment and results from intensive audits carried out by the region office of the Legal Services Commission. In addition to this Eastleys Solicitors have achieved the Law Society's Quality Mark named Lexel and Investors in People. For these reasons you can be assured that you will always receive top quality service from the Eastleys Defence Service.

If you require advice at the police station you can ask for us individually by name or say that you need a solicitor from Eastleys. Either way, the police are under a duty then to contact us and we will get to you as soon as possible. The police have all our contact numbers and have to call us immediately upon your detention. If you require assistance in relation to Court proceedings and have not used our service before, then please feel free to contact us. We can represent you at Court even if you had a different solicitor at the police station.
