Emma has over 14 years’ experience in criminal law. She has headed cases which have included terrorism investigations, highly publicised cases alleging multiple rape charges, Class A drugs importation exceeding a value of £4,000,000 and allegations of murder. Emma is an experienced courtroom advocate and also undertakes daily supervision of the rest of the team at EDS. Emma is a Duty Solicitor on the Plymouth scheme.
Emma is also an expert in relation to Road Traffic Law and is willing to advise people on a private basis if they are not eligible for Legal Aid in this respect. She is able to assist with matters in relation to penalty points and possible disqualifications in addition to the broad range of Traffic Act offences.
Emma also has great expertise in regards to Money Laundering regulations and is one of the Firms' Compliance Officers. She has developed a practise in relation to specialist advice in relation to money laundering cases in that respect and would be happy to advise you on all aspects of this subject.

Mackenzie Robinson has over thirteen years experience specialising in Criminal Law, as both a Police Station Accredited Representative and Duty Solicitor. Mack has won national recognition for his abilities as an Advocate and is respected in the South West for his skills specialising in Criminal Law. He has dealt with a wide range of cases at all levels of seriousness. Mack is also developing a practice in Mental Health Law and will hopefully be appointed to the Law Society Mental Health Panel this year. He is also a Solicitor Advocate capable of representing clients in the Crown Court and beyond. |

Alison is a paralegal within the department and gernarally works from the Plymouth office. Alison will be carrying out her Police Station Accredited representative course, and will be involved in representing clients both at the Police Station and at the Crown Court. She will also be involved in case preparation. |

Leanne is a new member of the EDS team. She is a paralegal and works closely with senior fee earners within the team in the preparation of cases at the crown court. She represents clients questioned at the police station and is training to become a accredited police station representative. She has experience working within the Criminal Justice System and has a reputation for excellent client care. |
